uLearnIT BaseElements 2.0 Giveaway

1. The competition is open to all uLearnIT customers who attend a training course between 1 August 2008 and 30 November 2008.
2. During the term of the competition, upon attendance at a uLearnIT training course, each attendee will receive one entry into the competition for every course attendance.
3. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are ineligible to win the prize. The competition commences at 9.00am AEST on Friday, 1 August 2008 and closes at 5.00pm AEST on Sunday, 30 November 2008.
4. The electronic prize draw will take place at the uLearnIT office at 35A/12 Charlton Court, Woolner NT 0820, at 1.00pm AEST on Monday, 1 December 2008. The drawn result is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. The winner will be notified where possible by telephone on the day of the draw, and in writing as far as practicable within two business days and no more than five business days after the date of the draw. The name of the winner will be published on the internet at www.uLearnIT.com.au.
6. The winner consents to their name and company being published by the Promoter including being published on its internet site, as condition of acceptance of the prize. Further information will be published only with the permission of the winner.
7. If the prize is not claimed within 2 months of the draw date, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on Monday, 2 February 2009 at 1.00pm AEST.
8. The first entry drawn will win a single user copy of BaseElements 2 valued at US$499. The prize will be delivered in the form of software registered to the nominated user.
9. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, including to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
10. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
11. The Promoter will take all necessary steps to ensure that entries are properly recorded and stored, but will accept no liability if an entry is not recorded or is lost.
12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained arising from or in connection with the competition, any omission to enter a person into the draw, acceptance of the prize or the prize itself, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.
